      Data collected is solely used by Chad Barrett photography. Your data will not be sold, shared, or otherwise provided to any other party (See below for exceptions). I reserve the right to use your data for marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested.

   2. Data sharing exceptions

      I reserve the right to use any and all data obtained that is deemed related to a transaction in which a chargeback/payment dispute is received. This includes sharing this data with a payment processor or any other entity necessary to respond to a dispute. This data may also be used for criminal prosecution in the event that a payment is disputed in which I am not able to collect or retain payment for any product that has been delivered to a customer. This includes sharing information with law enforcement. It will be at the sole discretion of Chad Barrett Photography to comply with law enforcement requests voluntarily without a subpoena.
